These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the DealTechHub CRM services provided by Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. through its website. By accessing or using the DealTechHub CRM services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

License Grant: Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the DealTechHub CRM services, subject to the restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

Restrictions: You shall not, and shall not allow any third party to: (a) co-use the crm; (b) sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or distribute any portion of the DealTechHub CRM services to any third party; (c) use the DealTechHub CRM services to provide services to third parties; (d) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the DealTechHub CRM services; (e) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the DealTechHub CRM services; or (f) use the DealTechHub CRM services in any manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Ownership: Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. owns all right, title, and interest in and to the DealTechHub CRM services, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that the DealTechHub CRM services are protected by copyright laws and copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

Termination: This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the DealTechHub CRM services. Termination of this Agreement will also result in the termination of your access to the DealTechHub CRM services.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The DealTechHub CRM services are provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind. Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property: All content on the DealTechHub Platform, including but not limited to the text, graphics, logos, images, and tech platform is the property of DealTechHub or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Sharing Your Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers.

Data Storage: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to store the data of our users. AWS is a highly secure and reliable cloud storage service that offers industry-standard data protection features. Our data storage is regularly audited and monitored to ensure the highest levels of security.

Data Use: We do not share the data of our users for any purposes other than providing our CRM service. We do not sell, rent, or lease user data to any third parties. We use the data only to improve our CRM service and to provide support and other updates or promotion messages to our users.

Data Breach: While we take all necessary precautions to prevent data breaches, we acknowledge that no system is entirely foolproof. In the event of a data breach, we will take immediate action to mitigate the impact and inform our users about the breach. We will work with our users to minimize the impact of the breach and to prevent any further data loss.

We take data security seriously at DealTechHub and strive to ensure that our users’ data is safe and secure at all times.

Limitation of Liability: Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the DealTechHub CRM services, even if Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. with respect to the DealTechHub CRM services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Dealzo Realty Pvt. Ltd. with respect to the DealTechHub CRM services.

Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically and stay informed of any updates or changes. We will notify you of any significant changes to this policy via email or through our website. Your continued use of the DealTechHub CRM services after the modifications to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the revised policy, you should discontinue using the DealTechHub CRM services.

By using the DealTechHub CRM services, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
