Refund And Cancellation Policy:
We at DealTechHub strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Refunds
We understand that there may be instances where a refund is required due to technical issues or other reasons. In such cases, you must contact our support team if you want a refund for your subscription.
If a refund is requested within 48 hours of the transaction, we will process the refund in full but we will deduct the transaction processing fee and GST charges from the refund amount. If a refund is requested after 48 hours but before 15 days, we will process a refund of 50% after decuting the transaction processing fee and GST charges from the refund amount. After 15 days from the transaction period no amount will be refunded. Once your refund is approved, it would take about 7 days for the refund amount to settle to your bank account. You will no longer have access to our services and any data or information you have stored on our platform may be deleted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Please note that upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to our services, and any data or information you have stored on our platform may be deleted.
