Personal Identification Information:  We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Platform, register on the Platform, place an order, fill out a form, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Platform. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Platform related activities.

To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Platform.

To improve our Platform: We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

Data Privacy: DealTechHub will not use your personal information for any purpose other than those outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless we have your explicit consent to do so. We will not share your personal information with any third-party without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Intellectual Property: All content on the DealTechHub Platform, including but not limited to the text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DealTechHub or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

Termination: DealTechHub may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or if we are required to do so by law.

Limitation of Liability: DealTechHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law: This Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy: DealTechHub has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
